Hillside

Welcome to the Hillside Bed & Breakfast Web site.

Hillside is situated on a very quiet road approximately 1 mile from Combe Martin village with no near neighbours. There are no street lights so you can see the stars at night.

We are set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, bordering Exmoor and close to the South West Coast Path. With wonderful views of the surrounding countryside it is ideal for walking and bird watching - especially buzzards.

We have our own free range chickens wandering around the 1-acre garden providing us with eggs. All the food used at Hillside is fresh and locally produced wherever possible. We also have our own natural water supply.

We are within easy reach of al the local attractions, beaches and beauty spots. These include the Royal Horticultural gardens at Rosemoor, Arlington court (National Trust), Hunters Inn & Heddon Valley (National Trust) and the historic town of Barnstaple with its traditional Pannier Market.
